The Romanian government is making an intensive effort to upgrade its legislative, regulatory and fiscal standards to the level set by the EU, aiming at quick accession in the EU community and markets.
EU membership means that reduced customs rates and non-tariff barriers will facilitate exports to and imports from the EU nations and the closest neighbouring countries – Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Ukraine and Moldova.
Free trade agreements were concluded with Turkey and Moldova, as well as a number of bilateral agreements concerning trade, avoidance of double taxation and mutual guarantees of investments, marking the way for foreign financial inflows and increasing trade opportunities.

COMPANY ACTIVITIES:
We have recently opened a fully operational local import and cash-and-carry company, which imports and distributes the full range of products forming our group’s portfolio to an increasing number of Romanian wholesalers, meat processors and retailers.
The activity is supported via a logistics set-up including cold stores in Constanza free trade zone and Bucharest.
Our target is to accomplish a position among the leading companies in the field in Romania. |
